Every Generator Is Load Tested by Our Engineers
No generator leaves our Brendale workshop on the strength of a no-load start-up. Before handover, our engineers connect it to one of our own load banks and run it under real electrical load, stepping the set up to its rated output and holding it there.
Stepped load test up to full rated output, with the set held under load long enough to reach normal operating temperature.
Voltage, frequency and engine readings — oil pressure, coolant temperature and charge rate — logged at each step from the control panel and laptop.
Protections proven rather than assumed: alarms and shutdowns are triggered and confirmed to trip.
Canopy-open inspection under load for leaks, loose connections and abnormal noise or vibration.
The readings are recorded against the generator before it leaves. The same load test is available for sets already in service, as part of a scheduled service or as a standalone load bank test.
