Fleetguard and Kubota filters for the engines behind most of the sets we service: oil and lube, fuel, and fuel/water separators, plus made-up kits for common Cummins engines that carry every filter for one service under a single part number.
Fuel/water separators earn their place in Australian conditions. Condensation in a standby tank puts water in the fuel, and water in the fuel is what damages injection equipment. If a set has been sitting on the same fuel for a year, the separator matters more than the hours meter suggests.

Read the engine model off the engine plate, not the generator badge. The Fleetguard listings here name the Cummins families each filter fits (4BT3.9, 6BT5.9, 6CTA8.3, ISC, ISL, ISM, N14 and others), and the Kubota filters carry their Kubota part numbers. If the plate does not match anything here, send us a photo of it and we will list the filters.
The filters for one scheduled service under one part number. The Cummins 4BT3.9 and 6BT5.9 kits carry the LF3345 lube filter, the FF5052 fuel filter and the FS1280 fuel/water separator. The 6CTA8.3G2 kit carries the LF9039 lube filter with the FF5052 and FS1280. The 6LTAA8.9G2 kit carries the LF9039, the FF5052 and both the FS1212 and FS1280 separators.
The fuel filter, such as the FF5052 or the FF167 cartridge, traps particulate. The fuel/water separator, such as the FS1280 or FS1212, also pulls water out of the fuel before it reaches the injection pump. Most sets run both, and on a standby set that sits on the same fuel for a year the separator is the one that earns its place.
Condensation. A tank that sits full for months breathes as the temperature changes and collects water, and water is what damages injection equipment. A set with low hours on old fuel can need its separator changed before its hours meter suggests a service is due.
