Keeping the starting battery ready

A standby set that will not crank is a standby set that has failed, and flat or sulphated starting batteries are the most common reason. DSEPower is DSE's battery charger range: 12V and 24V, from a 3A compact unit to a 30A intelligent charger, plus an enclosed model for installations with no panel to mount into.

The intelligent chargers run a multi-stage charge profile and hold the battery at float without cooking it, which is what separates them from a plain trickle charger over years of standby duty. The DSE2541 remote display puts charger status somewhere it will actually be seen.
